Cookie Policy
The short version. Focus Pivot uses cookies to sign you in, keep forms secure, carry you through sign-up, and remember a few preferences. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or anything that tracks you across other websites. Because every cookie we set is needed for the Service to work, or remembers a choice you made, there is no cookie banner to click through.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser and reads back on later visits. "Session" cookies are deleted when you close your browser. "Persistent" cookies stay until they expire or you delete them. Websites can also keep information in your browser's "local storage", which works much like a cookie but is not sent to the server automatically. In this Policy, "cookies" includes local storage. This Policy is part of our Privacy Policy.
2. Cookies we set
All cookies we set are first-party cookies, used only by Focus Pivot, on our own domain.

3. Third parties
- Payments. When you open a checkout page to buy a plan, our payment provider, Stripe, loads its payment form. Stripe may set its own cookies, such as
__stripe_midand__stripe_sid, to process the payment and prevent fraud. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy. - Sign-in with Google or Apple. If you choose to sign in this way, you are taken to Google's or Apple's own pages, which set their own cookies under their own policies.
- Fonts. Some of our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser then requests them from Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser information but, according to Google, do not set cookies for this. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
We have no advertising networks, social media plug-ins, or third-party analytics on our site.
4. How to control cookies
Most browsers let you see, block and delete cookies and local storage in their settings. Look under "Privacy", "Cookies" or "Site data". If you block cookies we mark as strictly necessary, you will not be able to sign in or complete sign-up, and parts of the Service will not work. Deleting preference cookies resets those choices to their defaults.
Our approach to Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals is described in section 10 of our Privacy Policy.
5. Changes to this Policy
If we start using a new kind of cookie, we will update this Policy first. If a new cookie is not strictly necessary, for example one used for analytics, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it before setting it.
